Shipping & payment conditions

1. Shipping and delivery conditions within Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value:
Value of goods up to 98,99 € = 6,95 €.
From an order value of 99,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Shipping costs within Germany are 6,95 € with DHL.
The delivery time is 2 to 7 days. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Except aljamal hookahs and custom made, eg aljamal goatskin hoses, here the shipping time / delivery time from order to delivery is 5 - 14 days. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Shipping to a Pack station with DHL is possible. Please enter the Pack station as address and your postal number in the comments to the order.

• We ship all packages within Germany DHL.
• NO DELIVERIES TO PACK STATION POSSIBLE IF AN AGE VERIFICATION HAS TO BE DONE.

Information about delivery times:
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date:
The deadline for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

2. Shipping cost outside Germany:

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes or customs duties. For our customers from the United Kingdom; due to the change in taxation as a result of the Brexit, unfortunately a minimum order value of €160.00 (135.00 GBP) applies. We ask for your understanding.
